He has spent over 20 years in the staffing industry always pushing performance limits through the effective use of technology and proven operational playbooks. Austin founded PeopleCaddie to address the seismic changes in staffing customer expectations by combining the best of full service staffing with the flexibility, speed and AI capabilities of talent platforms to deliver unparalleled value and user experience for both clients and contract talent. Austin received his BA in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a former CPA.
